What is 'Ubuntu Spirit'

Ubuntu is an African proverb. Coming from Zulu, many say Ubuntu is hard to define in just a few words

Definitions and Values of Ubuntu include:

Humanness and Compassion

"I am because you are"

The belief that we are defined by our kindness and compassion to others, a belief in a universal bond that connects all humanity, community, interconnectedness and a sense that our own well-being is tied to the well-being of others.

For us..

'Ubuntu' completely encompasses all we believe in and value.

Our aim is to work in and spread the spirit of Ubuntu through our community.

We are a group of wellbeing facilitators, artists, family and friends, based around London.

Our team bring a mix of expertise, skills and both professional and life experience.

We all share a desire to bring wellbeing and healing modalities to our community with compassion and love, making all feel welcome and held.

We aim for our team to reflect the diversity of our community, and for all to see representation within our facilitators, especially within groups who are currently under represented within the wellbeing sector.
