Join us for our first FREE online community class series sponsored by both Ubuntu Spirit and Ladina Yoga.
- Class with teacher Donna Peart and on zoom.
- Class with be a gentle Hatha Yoga class and open to all levels including beginners.
- Weekly class throughout the month of May 2024.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
A yoga mat. Anything that may help you will your practice, such as yoga blocks and maybe a blanket and eye pillow, mask or scarf to cover your eye with for the relaxation at the end.

One of our biggest aims at Ubuntu Spirit is to make wellbeing more accessible financially. We do this through non profitting community events, always reinvesting any profits into offering more concessions or free spaces.

TEACHER DONNA PEART
Donna likes to share what she practices herself; Hatha, Gentle and Restorative Yoga with a focus on breath awareness. Her style is mindful, encouraging students to intuitively find their way, developing their practice at their own individual pace.
