Curious about energy work and how the body holds and releases emotion?
Spinal Energetics is a gentle yet powerful practice that works with the spine, nervous system, and energetic field to support deep emotional and physical release. Using light touch (and sometimes no touch at all), this work invites your body to move, shift, and express in whatever way feels natural—whether that’s subtle waves or spontaneous movement.
Music is played throughout the session and is a fundamental part of the session, as a facilitator in the process of shifting beyond out current state and deepening our connection to our innate wisdom

Standard Ticket
Admits one. Due to an increase of our venue costs by a third, tickets from Feb 2024, have increased by £4 to £24. We continue to work to ensure events are as accessible as possible and run these community events as non profit. Concession tickets will continue to be available.
